Inquiries are not bookings
Submitting an inquiry through this Site (including the “Check your date” form) is a request for availability, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing and any required deposit has been received.
Quotes
Quotes are prepared from the details you provide — date, guest count, venue, and service hours — and may be revised if those details change. Each quote states its own validity period.
Deposits and cancellations
Deposit amounts, payment schedules, and cancellation or rescheduling terms are set out in your written quote or event agreement, which governs your booking.
Service area
We serve events across Ottawa-Gatineau (the National Capital Region). Events outside this area may be possible with travel arrangements agreed in advance.
Weather and venue conditions
Outdoor service requires suitable conditions, including shelter and access to power where specified in your event agreement. If severe weather, venue restrictions, or safety concerns prevent us from serving as planned, we will work with you in good faith to relocate the cart, adjust service, or reschedule in accordance with your event agreement.
